Dried Flowers & Vintage Celluloid Hair Comb

$84.00

I love taking vintage pieces and giving them new life. This hair comb is the perfect honey color and I embellished it with a bit of dried spring flowers. Perfect for any fairy bride!

The flowers are hand bound with wire onto the comb and secured with a small bit of glue. The comb is missing one tooth and just be aware the flowers will shed a bit with wear and can crumble if crushed!

(I’m happy to write out a complete list of all the plants in your crown if you’d like it, just leave a note during checkout and I’ll include it in your package.)

I craft these one of a kind dried flower combs from flowers that I grow in my garden and painstakingly forage from the verges and wilds of the Pacific Northwest. I dry everything myself and nothing is ever treated with chemicals or fixatives and I do not bleach or dye my flowers, these are their natural stunning colors. Expect some light shedding as is natural for dried materials. Treat them gently like you would a hand blown Venetian wineglass!

NOTE: Prolonged exposure to sunlight will fade the colors of your dried bouquet. Keep dried flowers away from windows to prevent this and they can last for years!

WARNING: keep out of reach from pets, children, and anyone who can’t be trusted about putting things in their mouth. Some of these plants can be toxic.
